From Maidstone, take the 89 bus for Loose/Coxheath (stops are located in the High Street & the Chequers Mall Bus Station) or the 5 bus for Staplehust/Sandhurst and ask for Norrington Road. Alighting at this stop, look for the zebra crossing and Lancet Lane close by beyond. Proceed down Lancet Lane until you come to the left turn for Waldron Drive. Walki along Waldron Drive, passing the Valley Drive turn and we're four houses on the right beyond that turn at No. 8.
NOTE: Our Google listing states that Old Loose Hill/Kings Arms (two stops from Norrington Road) is the closest bus stop. To make use of this stop, if you are coming from Maidstone, after alighting, cross the road to the top of Loose Green and look for the counterpart bus stop for Maidstone-bound buses. Close to this stop take the cut-through path to Bray Gardens and Waldron Drive, passing an allotment area on the left. After a couple of hundred yards on this path, take the right turn into Bray Gardens and proceed on to Waldron Drive, looking for No. 8 on the left.
Lancet Lane is a school drop-off/pick-up area, so avoid 8.30-9.15am and 2.45 - 3.40pm during term-time, if possible.
Waldron Drive has no street lighting, so after dark, look for the reflective 8 at the top of the drive
Payment is by cash or cheque with Bank Card and proof of identity. (BACS/Bank Transfer available by arrangement.
The nearest ATMs are at the Sainsburys beside the parade of shops or at the Newsagents at Boughton Parade. There are car parks both behind Sainsburys (entrance via The Farrows, right turn before the Ambulance Station) and at Boughton Shopping Parade (next to Sainsburys) access via Boughton Lane, left turn at traffic lights). From the Linton/Staplehurst direction, Loose Post Office on Loose Green Old Loose Hill (take the first left after coming over the viaduct) offers over-the-counter money withdrawal services.
